PositionSummary
The Executive Assistant plays a central role within Serent, by allowing Serent leaders to leverage their time, and by helping to drive the operations of the Firm. The Executive Assistant will successfully perform, in a timely manner, diverse administrative assignments. Successful candidates must be flexible, organized, detail oriented, a team player, responsive, resourceful, and able to complete tasks independently. He/she must be capable of handling confidential information, using good judgement and discernment.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
Partner/ Senior Leadership Support
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executive(s)
Ensure supported executive(s) are prepared with all materials and information for meetings, events and interviews
Assist with travel arrangements/logistics for executive(s)
Process expense reports for your executives(s)
Greet clients, visitors, and internal contacts; set up meetings and manage refreshments as needed
Assist CFO or deal teams on executing documents that require a signature from the Partner
Assist with various administrative tasks and projects, as needed
All other duties as assigned by Manager
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, protecting sensitive information
Ability to provide backup coverage for administrative team members as needed
Occasional personal tasks, <20% of total time (focus on personal work might shift throughout the year)

Contribute to Admin Team initiatives
Proactively collaborate with colleagues to recommend the most effective and efficient way to complete tasks
Apply and share knowledge gained about work processes, resources, and structure with colleagues
Support Office Manager duties as needed
Firm-Wide Projects
Lead at least one Firm-wide project each year, such as plan the LP meeting, or the internal reviews process
Collect and compile Firm-wide data
Qualifications
Excellent written communication and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with personnel at all levels of the Firm and resolve minor conflicts with peers in a productive and professional manner
Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of forward-thinking office technology
Ability to work with many different groups of people, all with varying agendas
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
The ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Understands the sensitivity of confidential information and documents and handle sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and good judgement
